We believe purchasing powered mobility devices is a face-to-face business. That’s why we give you individual attention in our showroom or at your home, so you can personally test our equipment before you buy it. And when your condition requires more than standard care, Landmark will provide customized attention. Our complex rehab team, which includes an on-staff ATP (Assistive Technology Professional), LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse), and experienced equipment technicians with over 40 years of combined experience, will do whatever it takes to get you moving again.
We can help with home modification too.
Top brands we carry:
Can I try out mobility equipment before I buy it?
Yes. In fact, we prefer that you do. Visit our showrooms to see our mobility equipment first hand before deciding on a power wheelchair, scooter or lift chair.
How will I know the mobility equipment will work in my home?
We can bring demo units to your house so you can see how well they work in your unique home setting.
Do you offer parts and repairs?
Yes. We’ll take care of any challenging repair issues; we’ll even provide you with loaner mobility equipment to use while yours is being repaired.
What safety procedures should I follow for my scooter or power wheelchair?
What will void my warranty on the unit?
All warranties become null and void when any of the following conditions exist: misuse, abuse, damage from accident, negligence, or self-modifications.
What do I need to know about the battery?
You should always fully charge the battery; length of battery life is often a reflection of the care it receives. Batteries that are regularly and deeply discharged, infrequently charged, or stored without a full charge may be permanently damaged, causing unreliable operation and limited battery life.
What should I do if my chair or scooter malfunctions?
Always keep the owner’s manual in the back pocket of your chair; refer to the trouble shooting section if the chair malfunctions. If the problem persists after you have followed the trouble shooting instructions, call Landmark or the chair’s manufacturer immediately. If your equipment is damaged or out of warranty, bring your equipment to Landmark. If you’re unable to leave your home, we’ll come to you for a small service call fee.
