Here are some important details about the service we offer:
Nationwide Network of Independent Dealers
Landmark Healthcare is a part of a nationwide network of independent dealers. If you decide to take a trip, part of our service to you will be to find a local oxygen provider in the city to which you are traveling. We will then contact you with the name and phone number of a company that will coordinate your travel plans with you, so that you can avoid experiencing any disruption in your oxygen service.
Small travel Concentrators & Oxygen Tanks Provided at No Additional Cost to You
We have a small, lightweight concentrator that weighs about half as much as a standard oxygen concentrator which is beneficial to you when traveling by car. We also have a full line of oxygen tanks and conserving devices that you may take with you if you should travel to a place without electricity, such as a campsite or a cabin. A Travel Concentrator is available to you for no additional charge.
Insurance Companies (including Medicare & Medicaid) Do Not Pay for a Patient to Travel
Should you decide to purchase tank re-fills, supplies or rent additional equipment while on your trip, YOU will be responsible for paying any additional charges for these items.
1 Week Advance Notification Required
We need a minimum of 1 week advance notice when you are traveling in order to make proper arrangements for you on your trip. If you do not provide us with a full 1 Week notice, you may be at risk of not having any oxygen waiting for you at your destination.
Most Major Cruise Lines & Airlines Now Offer Oxygen to Their Passengers
Should you decide to take a cruise or travel by plane, be sure to call ahead and talk to the representative from the cruise line, airline or your travel agent about having oxygen provided for you on your trip.
